To rent a vehicle, users must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid Indian driving license. An original physical copy of the license must be presented at the time of vehicle pickup.
Bookings are confirmed upon successful payment. A refundable security deposit is required before vehicle handover. The deposit amount varies by vehicle type and will be refunded within 24-48 hours after the vehicle is returned in satisfactory condition.
We operate on a "Matching Level" fuel policy. The vehicle must be returned with the same level of fuel as at the time of pickup. Shortfalls will be charged at standard rates plus a refuelling convenience fee.
Vehicles are provided with standard insurance. However, the renter is liable for any damages incurred during the rental period up to the deductible amount, or fully liable if damages result from negligence, traffic violations, or driving under the influence. The renter is responsible for all traffic fines and tolls incurred during the rental period.
